Detail:	For all NON-EXEMPT players, entry fee for District Qualifying Round is $65.00 and must accompany entry blank. (Check or credit cards accepted) Those contestants entering ON-LINE through this Tournament Information Page MUST PROVIDE their current Credit Card information for payment of Entry Fee. Balance of entry fee - $85.00 - MUST be paid upon successfully qualifying at local site (by CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD), or qualifying position will be forfeited.
