Title:	Qualifying-Non-Exempt Players
Detail:	All NON-EXEMPT players must qualify at the site in district of residence, unless submitting a statement of reason acceptable to the WSGA for transfer. Allocation of the number of qualifying spots for each district will be pro-rated by the total number of entries and POSTED BEFORE THE QUALIFYING ROUND. THE WSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER QUALIFIERS.
