Entries are open to all amateur male golfers who have attained the age of 40 as of June 16th, 2008, and will NOT reach the age of 55 during the tournament and are residents of Wisconsin and/or are affiliated with a WSGA member club, with a MAXIMUM WSGA/USGA HANDICAP INDEX OF 19.4.
Non-resident members must agree not to participate in any other state's major amateur championships - signature required below.
All handicaps will be verified and the date of the eligibility requirement will be Friday, May 30th, 2008. |
