Entries are open to all amateur male golfers who are 2008 WSGA Associate Members of a WSGA member club having a 2008 MAXIMUM WSGA/USGA HANDICAP INDEX of 9.4, are residents of Wisconsin and/or are affiliated with a WSGA member club. Non-resident members must agree not to participate in any other state’s major amateur championships - signature required below.
Each contestants' 2008 WSGA Associate Membership and 2008 WSGA Handicap Index will be verified and the date of eligibility requirement will be June 3rd, 2008. |
