State Amateur Qualifying-Dist. #6B

All entries must reach WSGA office by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008.    Late, incomplete or phone entries are not acceptable. FAXED entries are acceptable ONLY if using a credit card as method of payment.

The Practice facilities at Naga-Waukee Golf Club will be open for contestants at 6:30 A.M.  

Contestants are responsible for purchasing their own range balls.

ALL contestants MUST REGISTER with the Tournament Committee NO LATER THAN 5 (Five) minutes prior to their appointed starting tee-time.

Registration will take place at the contestants' starting tee (Hole #1).  

It is the responsibility of the player to be at his appointed starting tee ON TIME AND READY TO PLAY.

The 1st Tee-time will be at 7:30 A.M. and ALL contestants will tee off of Hole #1 ONLY.

Groupings will be in Threesomes or Foursomes, depending on the actual number of entries at each District Qualifying site.

A playoff will take place, if necessary, to determine the final available qualifying spot(s) and/or Alternates for this qualifying district.

The playoff will begin at a hole to be determined by the Tournament Committee and posted prior to the competition.
