A WSGA member club may designate a team of three players each for the Junior Team Cup Competition. Unless the WSGA is notified prior to the start of the tournament, the team will be comprised of the three lowest Handicap Index members that represent that club. The THREE-MAN team with the lowest aggregate score for the first 36 holes of play will be declared winners in the Team Cup Competition. The winner's names will be engraved upon the Junior Team Trophy and individual awards will be awarded to the winning team members. Team members must be affiliated with the same WSGA member club, which is interpreted to mean - a team member MUST be able to participate in the club or member golf course's Championship events. Ties for the Team Championship will result in duplicate awards being presented to the members of those teams who tie for the Team Championship. |
