Entries are open to all amateur boys under the age of 19 as of August 6th, 2008. ALL contestants MUST be a 2008 WSGA Associate Member, which implies that they have a 2008 WSGA/USGA HANDICAP INDEX, and that 2008 WSGA Handicap Index is a MAXIMUM of 15.4, are residents of Wisconsin and/or are affiliated with a WSGA member club (Be a 2008 WSGA Associate Member). Non-resident members must agree not to participate in any other state's major amateur championships - signature required on Entry Form. Handicaps will be verified and the date of eligibility requirement will be July 16th, 2008. |
