WSGA State Senior Amateur Championship

Entry fee for the 2008 WSGA Senior Amateur Championship is $165.00 and must accompany entry blank.    Payment may be made by check or by Credit Card.

Entry fee includes cost of motorized cart for both days and Monday evening dinner with hors d'oeuvres.

NOTE:  Lunch either day of the Championship is NOT included in a player's entry fee.
