Fri, Sep 5, 2008	5:00 PM	Deadline for Entries	The field will close at 112 acceptable entries or 5:00 P.M. on Friday, September 5th, 2008. Late, incomplete or phone entries are not acceptable. FAX entries are acceptable ONLY if using a credit card as method of payment. The WSGA Fax Number is (414) 443-0817. Priority will be given to Rated Players using the 2007 Men’s Amateur “Player of the Year” Rating list, and/or entrants who have a Handicap Index of 6.0 or less, that is in effect on the date the entry is received. If the field is over-subscribed, all other spots in the field will be lottery drawn on Monday, September 8th, 2008.
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	10:30 AM - 12:45 PM	Contestant Registration	All contestants MUST register for the 1st round of the championship at the WSGA Registration tent at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB. Contestants MUST register NO LATER THAN 12:30 P.M. for the 1st round afternoon SHOTGUN START at 12:45 P.M. Important tournament information and tournament gifts will be handed out at the Tournament Registration tent.
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	10:45 AM - 1:00 PM	Practice Range Open	The practice facilities at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB will be open at 10:45 A.M. for contestants in the 2008 WSGA Director's Cup Championship Presented by adidas. Range balls will be provided at NO COST to contestants, but ONLY prior to each round of the Championship.
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	11:00 AM - 12:45 PM	Lunch Available at BRCC	A light lunch will be available to all contestants in the 2008 WSGA Director' Cup Championship at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB. This Lunch will be available from 11:00 A.M. until 12:45 P.M. *The cost of this lunch is NOT included in each players entry fee.*
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	12:45 PM - 5:45 PM	1st Round of Championship	There will be a 12:45 SHOTGUN START for the 1st round of the 2008 WSGA Director's Cup Championship Presented by adidas. Contestants MUST be at their starting tee, READY TO PLAY, by 12:45 P.M.
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	6:00 PM - 7:00 PM	Cocktails and Hors D' ouevres	Immediately after the 1st round on Monday afternoon, there will be a Cocktail Hour, featuring complimentary Hors D' ouevres, at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB. This Cocktail Hour will last from 6:00 P.M. intil 7:00 P.M. During this Cocktail Hour, complimentary Hors D'ouevres will be provided. Contestants MUST purchase their own drinks.
Mon, Sep 22, 2008	7:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Contestant's Dinner	All contestants are invited to attend a Contestants dinner at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB on Monday evening, September 22nd, 2008 at approximately 6:30 P.M. *Entry fee includes Monday nights Contestant's Dinner with complimentary hors d’oeuvres during the Cocktail hour, as well as Tuesday’s awards luncheon.* There will also be an awards luncheon after completion of the 2nd round on Tuesday.

Tee times will be used for the 2nd round start times for Tuesday's 2nd (Final) round. The first tee time will be 7:30 a.m. and the last tee time will be 9:30 a.m. Range balls will be provided at NO COST to contestants, but ONLY prior to each round of the Championship.
Tue, Sep 23, 2008	7:20 AM - 9:30 AM	2nd Round Registration&T Times	All contestants MUST register for the 2nd round of the championship at their 2nd round appointed STARTING TEE (#1 OR #10) at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTED SARTING TIME. TEE TIMES WILL BE USED FOR THE 2ND ROUND OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP. The lower half of the field from Monday's 1st round will tee off of Hole #1 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., with the leaders teeing off last. The higher half of the field from Monday's 1st round will tee off of Hole #10 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
Tue, Sep 23, 2008	7:30 AM - 2:15 PM	2nd Round of Championship	TEE TIMES WILL BE USED FOR THE 2ND ROUND OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP. The lower half of the field from Monday's 1st round will tee off of Hole #1 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., with the leaders teeing off last. The higher half of the field from Monday's 1st round will tee off of Hole #10 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. *Contestants MUST be at their starting tee (#1 or #10), READY TO PLAY, at least 10 minutes prior to their appointed starting time.*
Tue, Sep 23, 2008	12:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Awards Luncheon & Ceremony	An Awards Luncheon will held for all contestants in the 2007 WSGA Director's Cup Championship Presented by adidas at BRANCH RIVER COUNTRY CLUB immediately after they finish their 2nd (Final) round on Tuesday. This Luncheon will be available at approximately 12:00 P.M. The cost of this Awards luncheon is included in each players entry fee. A brief awards ceremony will take place during this luncheon honoring the *2008 WSGA Director's Cup Championship Presented by adidas* Champion, as well as the top Gross and Net finishers in the *2008 WSGA Director's Cup Championship Presented by adidas*.
